2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Arcmaster Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the applicable rate at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of ordering.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Delivery & Collection
We offer delivery across the UK as well as a free click & collect service from our Hull trade counter.
- Standard Delivery: Available across the UK (charges apply unless stated otherwise)
- Free Delivery: Available on orders over £100 (subject to location and conditions)
- Click & Collect: Free collection from our Hull premises
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability and external factors. Arcmaster Ltd will not be liable for delays outside of our control.
5. Risk & Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
Ownership of goods remains with Arcmaster Ltd until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to reclaim goods where payment has not been made in accordance with these terms.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return
Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We will arrange for replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
8. Liability
Arcmaster Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
